Specifications
- Cabinet can be sized for sheet pans or custom trays.
- Platform is made .125 thick aluminum.
- Body is made from .063 thick aluminum.
- Tray guides are made from .063 thick aluminum and are removable for easy cleaning.
- Back glass is 1/4" thick polycarbonate and is easily replaceable.
- Back of cabinet is sealed with neoprene gasket between the glass and frame.
- Door is sealed with neoprene gasket between door and body.
- Three die cast compression latches are used.
- 5" diameter swivel casters.
